Crystal Report Error "Unable to find the report in the manifest resources"

If you get error message "Unable to find the report in the manifest resources. Please build the project, and try again". I got the error for one of 200 crystal reports in an in-house project. You can solve it by the following steps:
1. Locate the crystal report .rpt file;
2. REMOVE the "code behind" file (same file name+ ".cs" if you use C#);
3. Right click the report file on "Solution Explorer" pane, choose "Exclude From Project";
4. Add the report file back by right click then choose "Add"-->"Existing Item..."

It seems the problem is related to MSBuild.

Took down a Pligg site under weiplanet.com domain

Haven't checked it for a while. I logged in to the back end, just saw too many spam comments and "stories". Decided to close this "Digg" clone site.
